crystal flowers!

Yesterday we made crystal flowers and I did not know what  a crystal flower was. So Mrs. Bundy-Cooke explained what we were making. We had to get a  shallow container and and roll two tissues. Mrs.Bundy-cooke made two hole because we needed a hole to put the tissue into and the another one to see what is happening.  When we had to choose a colour of salty water. I choose blue instead because red won't grow. The last part is we had to write what has happened into our notetaking book. That was awesome! 

Waitomo caves reflection!

At Waitomo caves I enjoyed going to the discovery cenre when we went inside it was scary and cool to.

I learn't that a glowworms light are weak. I would like to find out if there are any more fossils in the caves and are there any other  kind of fossils.
